The What

The NapSac Ambassadors Program is a mutualistic marketing extension of NapSac Wine Tours that enables participants — our Ambassadors — to make relatively hearty amounts of money by sending Corporate Tour leads our way.

The How

Connect

Reach out via email and/or phone to friends, friends of friends, or strangers who are in a position to influence the company they work for to book a corporate wine tour with NapSac.

Forward

When you make contact with a decision-maker, our templated emails will direct interested parties to contact our sales team. If you've made contact by phone, direct them to call us or to our website.

Collect

When we successfully book a tour you've initiated, you'll be paid 5% of the net revenue generated by that contract. Commissions are paid as soon as the customer's up-front deposit clears.

The Why

For You

The potential outcome of sending an email/call or two looks like this:

  • Minimum income from a booking: $300
  • Maximum income from a booking: Unlimited, but usually hovers around $1,500

For Us

NapSac is a two-man operation; our Ambassador Program expands our outreach capabilities, which enables us to pay you handsomely for your efforts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon do I get paid once a corporate customer has booked a tour? +
Corporate customers pay a deposit up front to secure their tour date(s). As soon as that payment clears (typically 1-3 days), we send your commission via the payment method of your choice. Note that due to the complex logistics of corporate tours, bookings typically require negotiations that usually range from a few days to a few weeks.
Do I have to have experience in the tour or wine industries to make this work for me? +
Definitely not. If you know of and are willing to pursue potential customers, you've got what it takes.
What's the best way to turn my connections into NapSac corporate-tour customers? +
Start with reaching out to friends and family who work at businesses and have a connection to the department or person(s) who books company events.
As an Ambassador, is there a limit to how many bookings I can refer or to the money I can make? +
No, in both cases: Refer as many potential customers as you'd like, and get paid every time a corporate-tour customer is booked.
Can anyone become a NapSac Ambassador? +
The NapSac Ambassador Program is currently invite-only, although you're welcome to refer others for consideration.
